py999 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the py999 platform (available at py999.vip and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications), you ("the User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the py999 platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the py999 platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and py999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of py999 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age. py999 strictly prohibits minors from registering accounts or participating in any gambling or betting activity on the platform. py999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
2. You must be using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of accessing py999 in your jurisdiction. py999 makes no representation that access to its platform is lawful in any particular location.
3. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement (including any self-exclusion imposed by py999 itself) at the time of registration or during the period in which your account remains active.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

py999 does not knowingly accept registrations from persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal. If py999 determines at any point that a User's access to the platform is unlawful under applicable local law, py999 reserves the right to close the account and return the remaining balance (less any applicable processing fees), subject to verification of identity.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of py999 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and depositing or withdrawing funds, you must create a registered account.

1. Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. py999 reserves the right to verify all information provided. Any account found to have been registered using false, misleading, or third-party identity information will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed without return of funds where fraud is established.
2. One Account Per User. Each User is permitted to hold only one account on py999. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts – whether in your own name or using another person's identity – is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent exclusion and forfeiture of all balances.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. py999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials. You must notify py999 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
4. KYC Verification. py999 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is provided.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

py999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

1. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. py999 does not accept third-party payments.
2. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the platform's cashier section. py999 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified method of the same type registered in the User's name.
4. py999 reserves the right to place a withdrawal under review pending completion of KYC verification or where unusual account activity is detected. py999 will endeavour to notify the User of any hold within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Funds deposited on the py999 platform do not earn interest. py999 is not a bank or financial institution and does not guarantee the safety of deposited funds in the same manner as a regulated bank.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or participating in any casino game on py999, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. All bets are placed at your own risk. py999 does not guarantee any outcome or return on any bet or game.
2. Specific game rules, betting limits, payout structures, and Return to Player (RTP) figures for individual games are displayed within the game interface or in the py999 help centre. These game-level rules form part of these Terms by reference.
3. py999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's account.
4. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time, including after a bet has been accepted, if py999 determines that unusual market conditions, data feed errors, or integrity concerns warrant suspension.
5. All casino game outcomes on py999 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. py999 does not interfere with game outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

py999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. General conditions include:

1. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
2. py999 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a User.
3. Any attempt to abuse bonus systems – including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, or placing matched or arbitrage bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the py999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to place bets or interact with games
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any unlawful financial activity
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Accessing py999 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law
• Allowing a minor to use your account or otherwise facilitating underage gambling
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, game content, and other intellectual property displayed on the py999 platform are the property of py999 or its third-party licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the py999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from py999.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, py999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure.

py999's total liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User to their py999 account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

py999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Users who believe they have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek external support. py999 strictly enforces its 18+ age policy. 11. Privacy

12. Amendments

py999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, py999 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users via the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which py999 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitration bodies as specified by py999's licensing authority. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws in their use of the py999 platform.
